Compassion in Action

Raising consciousness in the leadership team.

The Why, the What and the How…

Mindset change

from Ego to Eco

Self-transformation

through compassion skills

Shared learning journey

 from integration to action

Suppose you have already realized that your business strategy in the current environment will only work if you and the people around you have made the shift from top-down command-and-control to partnership, from self-interest to mutual empowerment, from withholding information to transparency, from competition to co-creation – you are already on your way from ‘ego’ to ‘eco’.

Where the ego facing the world, struggling for its own survival.
And where the “eco”, the house, the home, where we feel safe, where we are together, where we are one as a team, as human beings.

When you feel you are pushed in this direction by the emerging circumstances, and the shift is in alignment with your inner voice and values, check out our program for the “technology” of bringing about this mindset change for you, your team and your organization.

The ‘ego’ to ‘eco’ shift in team dynamics is based on personal transformation.

Yours and your team’s: the new relationship skills stem from the conscious ownership of your personal impact in your interplay with others.

Compassion, as intention and intervention, is the core of the transformation needed in the emerging global environment of co-creative teams, allowing for the quantum leap from ‘me and you’ dynamics to ‘we’ dynamics.

We offer you an experiential interactive group journey of self-reflection, reflection and exchange.

The new insights and inspiration will emerge from the shared work around our simple cognitive Compassion Dynamics models, are then translated into hands-on experience in coaching exercises and nailed down to tangible small steps you choose to take.

In our Solution Focused group interventions we focus on ‘what works’ and ‘what might work better’ in your hot relationship topics and create an emotionally safe environment for personal exploration and change.

The shared journey strengthens the compassion ‘muscle’ and the connections within the team.

The online Compassion-in-Action program for  leaders and teams consists of ten 2.5 hour online interactive modules. Each module offers clear, structured and accessible cognitive models accompanied by SolutionFocus group/team coaching to absorb and integrate a specific aspect of higher consciousness. The modules together outline a typical 3-4 month journey for a leadership team or group of leaders.

1. “I become what I choose to do”

(Re)visit important life changing decisions that define what you are today.

Realize “What I do today will shape what I become in the future”.

2. Toxic vs. hygienic emotions

Learn about awareness narrowing, “toxic” vs. awareness opening, “hygienic” emotions. Revisit important scenes of your life where you managed to act in alignment of your conscious choice (as opposed to toxic emotions).

You learn to choose NOT to identify with your momentary toxic emotion and act in alignment with your values.

3. Values as the cornerstone of personal integrity

Learn about values as compass in life and cornerstone of personal integrity, probe into and clarify what values govern your thinking and actions, and how.

Clarify your value set and how these values can govern your actions.

4. True nature and power of compassion: Choice 2.0

Explore the true nature and power of being and acting with compassion: realize the real importance of conscious choice between toxic emotion guided reaction vs. value driven response.

Practice Choice 2.0: detach yourself from toxic emotions and  give preference to acting with compassion.

5. EPS: decode and transform your emotions

Learn how to decode the toxic emotions using EPS (Emotional Positioning System) as beacon and guide for transforming them into hygienic emotions.

Start using EPS as a central tool in Choice 2.0 learning.

6. Compassion Dynamics

Experience your ability to use Compassion Dynamics and get committed to apply it in your every-day actions.

7. Everything starts with honesty

Transformation is fueled by the power to face and accept your own lack of perfection and vulnerability as a fact of life.

Get comfortable with being vulnerable, gain courage for honestly facing, embracing and revealing it, and use it as a resource: create room and huge energy for your self-transformation.

8. Self-transformation by re-integration

Start taking ownership of your own toxic emotions and the impact of your actions and reactions on others.

9. The Law of the Mirror

What you perceive as an external conflict can be seen as projection of your internal struggle.

Start realizing that conflicts can be considered and used as shared mutual learning opportunities for self-transformation.

10. Cultivating wisdom: the road to self-transforming mind

Learn about stages of one’s mental evolution: from socialized through self-authoring to self-transforming mind.
